Valentine’s Day – the day lovers send cards, flowers and candy to their sweetheart to show their love.
Angel gave me a new package of treats this morning – to show her love for me (this is better than candy or flowers any day!) so I gobbled my treats up to honor the sentiment.
But my real love is…my fluffy bed that Santa brought me for Xmas.
I love that bed. It’s so comfy and soft.
I don’t get what all the mush is about, though. Cat’s hate mush and I especially despise it.
Mush usually means kissing and hugging and petting and squeezing. Ok, the petting isn’t so bad at times, but I can do without the rest of that nonsense.
But since many of you DO celebrate Valentine’s Day, have a happy one!

The Animal Rescue Site is still having trouble getting enough people to click on it daily so they can meet their quota of getting FREE FOOD donated every day to abused and neglected animals.
It takes about 15 seconds to go to their site and click on the purple box ‘fund food for animals for free’.

February 1-28 is Responsible Pet Owner’s Month – be a responsible pet owner and make sure your’s is spayed or neutered (unless you’re actively trying to breed your pet), make sure they have a warm bed, good food and plenty of water. Exercise, playtime and lots of love go into a reponsible pet owner’s arsenal, as well.

Catsssssssssssssss Rule
Everyone at my house has a cold – Hulk has had the sniffles and watery eyes for a week now, Angel has the sore throat and I have a runny nose.
Especially when Angel grabs me off the end of the bed and snuggles up close with me near her pillow.
For the last couple of days, she’s done that – and I’ve dripped all over her pillwo or arm.
‘Course, I don’t like the cuddling and snuggling, so I help it to run a little – keeps the hugs and kisses away!
But it tough for a cat with a runny nose – we don’t have opposible thumbs that we can blow our noses with – we can 0nly blow bubbles.
